Shipping Policy

We ship both within and outside of the US. The estimated arrival time varies depending on your shipping address. 
For US, Canada and the United Kingdom - the ETA is between 3-10 business days after the parcel is packed and prepared for shipping.
For Mexico and the rest of the world - the ETA is between 15-22 business days after the parcel is packed and prepared for shipping..

Duty Fee and VAT
We do not charge duty fee nor VAT in your purchase. You will bear all VAT and any applicable duty fee upon delivery. Moov Now™ and Moov HR™ are MFN (Most-Favoured Nation) duty free. The international delivery charge you paid to Moov® only covers shipment, and does not cover VAT imposed by the respective governments. Each country has its own unique customs policies and we do not cover any taxes or duties imposed by customs.
