I first discovered Moov in July 2016 after being an active runner for many years because I was trying to widen my workout activities. My first real cycle was with a Moov coach and I found it vital to learn how to tackle hills when it told me to decrease my gears as my cadence had slowed down too much. Then I was able to use the work out to refine my cycling from a commuter to a competitor.
After I month I had the confidence to sign up for a lifetime goal of completing an Olympic distance triathlon. So now I had to learn to swim for a mile straight! I had never been in a pool with the intention to swim laps so this was starting from zero. Between youtube views and my Moov
