When to charge your Moov

Charge your Moov before you use it for the first time. A green light glows while charging. Light off? Battery's full!

Detach Moov from its mount

Tilt moov into the mount, matching the grooves on the side. Then snap moov into place with a satisfying click.

How to snap Moov into its mount

Hold moov firmly– We've locked it in tight so it doesn't go flying off on its own mid-workout. Then use your fingernail to get between Moov and its mount.

How to wear Moov securely

Make sure you loop the band through the flap when putting Moov on your ankle or wrist so it doesn't fall off mid-workout.
